We take a close look at how to set deadlines and the emphasis and pace each style of person channels into their work. The session also looks at ways iMA can be used for communications, building relationships, performance management and training within a business and has a specific focus on “iMA Talent Finding”: looking at how to give a specific job role an iMA colour and then the process for attracting the right iMA colour person to the right iMA colour job.
