Ashley delivered an iMA introductory course to leaders from across schools. He delivered the training in a highly engaging manner, using a range of examples with a healthy dose of sense of humour, which brought the content to life. Leaders were highly engaged in the entire session and were able to quickly understand the value in knowing about their own and others IMA colours. Following the training I have heard conversation after conversation referencing people’s colour and how these impacts on their work. I have seen in a short period of time how the knowledge of the colours helps an organisation be more effective simply by individuals being more aware. I can also see that it will be a strong tool in the recruitment of the right individual for the right role ensuring we have a good balance within teams and the right person for the right job. The internal feedback we received following the training was excellent I wouldn’t think twice when recommending Ashley.
