At the end of the training session the team will understand how to identifying the different communication styles of everyone they meet and have confidence to adapted their communications appropriately and successfully. It is a great way to avoid any breakdown in communication, to increase understanding and profits, while decreasing stress and conflict.
A half day training session (in person or on Zoom) which provides all the fundamentals about iMA: what it is, how it works, how to identify your own iMA colour but far more importantly how to identify the iMA colours of other people, learning how to communicate with each and celebrating their differences. The course will cover how iMA has been used in businesses, in schools, in hospitality, in team building, in both recruitment and retention.
